Returns & Exchanges

At Confête, we want you to feel confident and celebratory in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely repackage your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
